How do we reserve our date?

First, please contact us to check if your date is available. Once a package is selected, contract is negotiated & signed, and your non-refundable deposit is processed, we will confirm your date and send you a confirmation.

When do we make payments?

An initial non-refundable booking retainer is required when you book your shoot, wedding, or event with us.

100% from the total fee should be paid 2-weeks prior to your production, event, wedding, or film day. 

Can I change the inclusions in my package?

Yes, we are always willing to work with you to provide you exactly what you would prefer for your package.

What equipment do you use?

Each Photographer & Videographer carries a main set and a back up set of professional camera equipment, with a range of professional lenses from super wide to super zoom. This ensures we can capture the whole scene as a beautiful landscape, as well as the close up moments. Our Photographers & Videographers also carry back up devices to keep your images and videos safe and secure.

Do you carry spare equipment?

Yes, we do. We also carry back up cameras, lenses, batteries, memory cards, and more to make sure your filming goes smoothly from our end.

Are you willing to travel and how far?

We are flexible and will work with you to create a package that includes travel and accommodations as requested. Our team has worked in 23 US cities, Mexico, and Jamaica for Video Production & Photography. 

Are there any other costs aside from the costs of the packages?

Potential additional costs are taxes/city surcharges. Travel and accommodation expenses. If your film location or wedding is taking place more than 100 miles away from Chicago, IL, Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL , the travel charge is a minimum of $1000.00 and varies per location. In addition, if the wedding or film location is more than 2 hours or 120 miles from Chicago, Tampa, or Orlando, we will require accommodations which will be discussed in your consultation.

When shall we expect our digital delivery or flash drive with pictures and/or videos? How about the complimentary on-line gallery?

Typically, it takes about 6-8 weeks for final product delivery. Delivery times vary based on each project or event.

Your ARMOR Coordinator will provide you a delivery window as well as any updates regarding delivery

 Your Photographer will immortalize much of your wedding day, think of the sounds that can't be captured in a photo, like your vows, the reception music, and the toasts.

Are you willing to travel and how far?

Are there any other costs aside from the costs of the packages?

Potential additional costs are online payment processing fees of 3% are charged to every payment processed online.

Travel and accommodation expenses. If your film location or wedding is taking place more than 100 miles away from Chicago, IL, Tampa, FL, or Orlando, FL , the travel charge is a minimum of $150 and varies per location. In addition, if the wedding or film location is more than 2 hours or 120 miles from Chicago, Tampa, or Orlando, we will require accommodations which will be discussed in your consultation.

WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY 

FAQ'S

Can we have just the DVD of images from our wedding?

Yes. Our photo packages include a flash drive with all the images from your wedding and provides you the freedom to create and design your own album.

Can we have just the DVD of raw footage from our wedding?

Purchasing the raw footage or your Wedding Day is available as an ala carte option with the purchase of a Wedding Videography package only. 

Where can we have the engagement photo session?

Once hired, our team will provide you a variety of location options and be up for most anything you can image!  

Whatever location you choose, make sure it’s meaningful to you and your fiancé.  Think of where you first met, where he proposed, your favorite places to travel together, and what activates you do together.

Don’t be afraid to suggest a unique area, we love new locations!  

Can’t decide on one location?  For an additional fee, we also offer a multiple locations package.  

How long will your Photographer and/or Videographer stay at our wedding?

Your ARMOR Enterprises Coordinator will review the packages and coverage hours in detail with you prior to selecting the perfect package for your Wedding Day. Our maximum shoot time is 10 hours in a day however, that should be more than enough time to cover your entire event. 

What happens if it rains on my wedding day?

We’re very happy to continue shooting in the rain, if you’re happy to go out in it! It is important to consider a plan ’B’ in the event outdoor photos and/or video is not permissable. We will discuss Plan "B" options during you your pre-production meeting or wedding consultation.
Our team is equipped to capture your pictures and video in all conditions. Some of our most amazing images were taken in the rain, or on overcast days. Our Phtotographers and Videographers are very experienced in all types of weather conditions. 

I have a particular style of photography in mind, are you able to take similar photographs?

Yes. If you see images that you like, bring them along to you consultation or pre-production meeting and we will do our best to reproduce them on the day.

How can our wedding guests view or order the photographs?

Your wedding photos will be hosted in “client area” on our website. They can be viewed by entering a password.

How long does it take to make the album?

Usually it takes us 4-6 weeks weeks to prepare and design an album.

Will our images be retouched?

Yes. Your photo and video images will be carefully edited as determined by the Photographer and Video Editor.
